Love this app. It’s great for tracking bets and research. One big issue for me is a recent change yall made to automatically play videos WITH volume when you click on a game. Not only that but if you scroll away they pop out and follow you. Terrible experience needing to exit out or mute a video for any game you research

I hate this app now. Everything takes like twelve taps. Editing bets, searching for games, checking schedules or scores, it’s all awful now. It used to be super easy! It used to be great! Now I think I’m gonna cancel my subscription because it’s essentially useless for tracking games live.

Save your money

Generally have loved this all over the last 2 years. This football season it is painfully slow. It must be in part from all of the content - pre-loaded videos etc. It would be great if you could turn on “low power mode” at the app level to silence some of the features slowing the app down.

Used to be able to login through Twitter, can’t anymore. Left the review here and they told me to email their team for assistance. Sent an email and a follow up over the past few weeks never heard back a single time. Useless

WHY WOULD YOU GET RID OF THE LEADERBOARD? WHY DO YOU HATE YOUR USERS?

Their “sharps” and “experts” are pretty much wrong 70% of the time. There will be 26 sharps on a team with 12 experts and it will still lose. I know it’s gambling and nothing is guaranteed, but with how often these people are wrong it is not worth getting the Pro subscription. These people know nothing.

Have been billed for renewal but have no PRO access. There is no live support only a chatbot, request submitted to be contacted have yielded nothing as of 48 hrs. I like the app, am a bit skeptical of the splits data but overall will keep using unless this lack of support continues. In response to developer response, I submitted two requests via your support page an have still gotten nothing. It shouldn’t take this much effort to get help.

Mostly for it’s tracking. You can do it on excel but I try as hard as I can to stay away from excel. lol. Been good for me to track, even though that feature is free. The main reason I pay for the membership is the public betting %’s they do for (all major American sports) but specifically the NFL. Very useful.
