Like my review states: if your order gets delivered to the wrong house, there is no customer service to assist you. Stick with DoorDash/Grubhub/whatever you use, it’s the same price

When are you gonna add Apple Pay as a payment option? I love Plnt Burger food but stopped using the app because i don’t like typing my real credit card into every app these days. I get coupon codes via email but the Plnt Burger store won’t let me use them in person. Also, i contacted customer support through the app once about my order missing an entire burger and i never heard back. Disappointed.

Finally PLNT Burger has a loyalty program! These are the juiciest burgers in town, with the Mushroom Bacon BBQ taking the cake 🌱🍔. Especially during this time, they are really going above and beyond to make plant-based foods accessible to everyone within their reach. The app is visually extremely appealing, easy to use, and puts me in a positive mood every time I open it. Thank you essential workers!
