I used to love this app! What happened to the zoom function? When you go into zoom in on a product it is impossible. It’s been like this for over a year. I know I can’t be the only person complaining about this. How hard is it to fix this? It prevents me from buying product is from Sephora. I go elsewhere because I need to see the products up close. I will go to another seller so I can see the product up as close as possible. I’ve spent 1/2 or less than 1/2 as much money at Sephora because of this issue. If someone from Sephora is reading this you might want to fix this. I’m sure I’m not the only person this is happening to.

App is great when it works. However, I click on certain items and I get error message pop ups. This has happened multiple times on different brands/items. Also get error messages when attempting to apply promo codes, so sometimes I have a full basket and I have to abandon it due to this issue. The descriptions on certain items appear to show the key rather than the actual string as well. Please be more diligent about testing your app. I should not be finding issues every time I open the app.

I’ve been trying to use the app for several months unsuccessfully and no one can help. The Rouge status means nothing. Broke is Broken. I work 60+ hrs and should not be force to travel to the store when I have the app

The app needs work. I’m constantly having to sign in when I ask it to keep me signed in. I’m also having a problem with placing orders and keeps giving a credit card error. I’ve used several credit cards. The rep asked me to change my address to upper case. That didn’t work so she asked to change it to all lower case. That didn’t work. I should have to go through all these steps to place an order. It’s very frustrating.
Awful - told me not to shop on an iPhone

I am a member, but can’t shop via the app. I’ve called multiple times over the last several years. They can’t seem to help me. They recently told me this morning. I needed to shop using Chrome only and most likely it was my iPhone. Ridiculous.

Don’t get me wrong I love this app and I love Sephora but I have been noticing that every time I try to open my cart it says try this new product or watch an add to open this product or a different brand and then it just shows me the new one I just want it and I want it and it’s like this brand new one I have to go to the same store but it says that it has a new product but it’s just not the right size I want it I want the new one but it has a different brand so I’m like the one that’s just the one that’s like I want the one that’s on a brand and then the one that’s a lot better but it’s not that bad it’s not that I don’t like I don’t like I don’t like that I just don’t know if you want it I don’t like I just want gyyy but it’s not a good thing is that is it just a lot more expensive but it’s just like I just want it just don’t know what it was ur tweets like I don’t know if I just want you know what I just want it doesn’t mean I don’t know if it’s not like that is what I mean I just don’t want to get it just don’t want to and that’s why

Pickup order flow is broken

two major issues
1) I can’t cancel a pickup order. The button is not responsive. It would be so helpful for me to be able to cancel an order or at least get an error why the button isn’t working.
2) my pickup order was sent to the wrong store. I ordered products specifically to a store in one state, but because my default store was elsewhere, my selection was overridden. This was a very confusing user experience.
