I downloaded this app for my kids’ phones and so far I have spent over 2 hours trying to install it and set it up. I finally got it to go past the very first screen to pair my device and once I did, it started the install, restarted the phone, asked me to chose a WiFi network and enroll the phone in remote management. I clicked enroll and get a message that says “The configuration for your iPhone could not be downloaded from OurPact” and I cannot get past that screen. I tried restarting the phone but that didn’t work either. There is no customer service support number you can call either. All you can do is email them and wait for a reply. How efficient is that? So basically the phone is now useless. Find another way to monitor your kids phones. This app ain’t it.

Very difficult to install. Didn’t work as expected. Spent $99 on a year membership, tried it, deleted it right away and requested a refund. Apple will not refund your purchase. incredibly frustrated with this experience and this poor performing app.

This app does not provide the flexibility I hoped for. The screen view function as is very clunky and several aspects of the apps function are not well put together. The guidance in the app in how to set it up to achieve your desired level of protection is poor. In spite of having all safety features engaged, my child was able to go around them to access and download unapproved content over and over. The worst part is that I had confidence this was going to work well so I paid for a year up front, after 2 months I'm giving up and moving on, what a waste of $100!

It was difficult to get my daughter on board with this app. The second day after install, all her apps got scrambled. We didn’t want to reinstall it, so she just got used to descrambling every morning. The next week, our texts to each other weren’t coming through properly. Lastly, her phone froze, and wouldn’t unfreeze. These app malfunctions caused us arguments so we had to uninstall and will not use again.

I’ve been trying for a week to pair the app with my kids’ phone. I have followed all the instructions and it doesn’t let me. The installed the app in my computer and every time I try to log in it closes. I will have to try another App. :(

The app is OK it’s just that it takes off your apps of your phone. It doesn’t put a lock on them or put a code for them. It actually takes the apps off so if I want to ask for access to my apps that I actually have to text somebody or go up to my mom and ask her instead of just, pressing on and asking permission or putting a code in

This app is not an effect way to limit and monitor screen time. It is very easy to bypass and allow kids unlimited access to apps.

I wanted to give this app a 5-star review. I needed a way to permanently block certain apps for my sons who’d bypass it using the Apple parental stuff. It was working out great, and it was helping with how long they spent on their phones, but I’m frustrated with some issues I’ve run across. I recently purchased OurPact Premium and went to install it on my son’s phone last night. It took me over 30 minutes to figure out why his apps were still gone even though I had given him access to his apps. Then, after all of that, the apps are jumbled and it’s beyond frustrating. If there was a way to keep the apps in the same spot I don’t think I’d be as irritated. I also switched over to OurPact Premium recently thinking it’d be different and that I could remotely access my son’s phone discretely. No, he has to give me permission and it screen records his phone. I don’t see the benefit in that. I’m not exactly sure what I’m even supposed to get out of it? I just feel like the description for Premium was not the actual case. I’m going to be looking into an alternative parental software.

I tried for 4 hours trying to pair the phone to my computer and it didn’t work I finally got to the part where it says downloading and upgrading the phone but it ended up kinda re-setting my phone to how it used to look and old apps I haven’t had in over a year. And then the application in my computer froze it said remote management on my phone then the whole thing glitched out and stopped working so I basically wasted 4 hours of my life trying to set this up all for nothing. I go back disconnect my phone re-launch the app on my computer and it doesn’t budge at all past the trust this computer prompt I just updated my computer and phone, had Microsoft support assist me with iTunes etc.. it still ain’t working and I’m kinda mad cuz I want to sleep and ended up wasting 4 hours instead 🙄
